update the resteasy-springmvc example

    Description

      current resteasy-springMVC example doesn't use the `ResteasySpringDispatcherServlet` added from https://issues.jboss.org/browse/RESTEASY-828

      And it doesn't show the injection of `ServletContext`.

      These should be updated into example.
