Guava dependency on resteasy-jackson2-provider

      resteasy-jackson2-provider has a compile dependency on Guava v25 which is 2.7MB itself, when I looked through the code I did not find any references to Guava classes, if it is not being used then can it be removed?

      v4.2.0 did not have this dependency.
