    Description

      Create test for DynamicFeature focusing on this sentence from JAX-RS specification:

      'JAX-RS implementations SHOULD resolve dynamic features for filters and interceptors once for each resource method. It is RECOMMENDED to process dynamic features at application deployment time.'

      Basic functionality of DynamicFeature is already tested in TCKs.
