Upgrade mime4j to a more recent version

I've noticed that resteasy-multipart-provider 4.0.x includes mime4j 0.7.2 from Jan, 2012. This upgrade is required to avoid runtime conflicts with mime4j included by newer versions of apache tika-parsers. For example, tika-parsers 1.20 includes mime4j 0.8.2.
