Review testing with Elytron configuration enabled

We have elytron profile in testsuite module that should prepare server configuration with security using Elytron instead of PicketBox, activated by -Delytron property.

However, there are multiple issues with current design, mainly:

• elytron configuration doesn't seem to work for WF14 and later
• elytron configuration doesn't work unless TS is executed with -Dserver.home, so automatic server downloading isn't functioning in this case
• there is another property -Dsecurity.domain=elytron without which the elytron security domains aren't used so there is no point in configuring the server to enable elytron
