Media type lacks charset warning logged when it shouldn't be

I have a JAX-RS method that is annotated as producing text/plain, without specifying a charset. RESTEASY002227 gets logged for it, despite the fact that resteasy.add.charset defaults to true and I'm not changing it. It looks like the point at which the logging occurs is not checking what resteasy.add.charset is set to.
