Revisit jboss-modules project module

The jboss-modules module of the project has references to JBoss AS 7 and WIldFly 8. We should build a single distribution, if possible, with no reference to a specific WildFly version; instead it should work with all currently supported/tested target containers.
Besides that, the module.xml files in there should be checked/compared against current WildFly. For instance I've noticed that the resteasy-jackson2-provider one is missing some dependencies that are in WFLY since 8.0.0.Beta1.
