      resteasy.scan, resteasy.scan.resources and resteasy.scan.providers configuration parameters were declared as unsupported back in 2014 (https://github.com/resteasy/Resteasy/commit/e7d99298d37ff1b02829fe2490b1b603b1063610#diff-ec5c9132625d3fe13e005e299593c94aR111), so it's really time to drop them.
