Build libs, clients and core projects on CBS

To build RC1 bits on CBS, we need to follow the steps below for each project:

1. Reqcheck the project (rdopkg reqcheck)
2. Cut rpm-master branch of distgit repo to create the <release>-rdo branch
3. Submit patch with new version
