Bootstrap the new DLRN repo

Once the DLRN Trunk builder is created, we need to bootstrap the repos:

To do so:

1. Create de database
2. Create the tables
3. Create the users
4. Set up authentication from trunk8 to trunk.r.o
5. Sync the deps
6. Build the first packages one by one
7. Run run-dlrn.sh --order to catch up last commit
