Description
We can ask the creation of the CBS tags for next release at the very beginning of the preparation. We need them created before the "master switch", as this operation will tag current master packages to those new CBS tags. So let's anticipate it.
To do so, we need to ask the centos-infra team by filing a bug at pagure.io/centos-infra like centos-infra/issue/912
