Zed Release Preparation

Zed GA is close, libraries will be released soon and we need to get RDO ready for it.

Important Dates:-

May 16 - May 20 - Milestone 1
Jul 11 - Jul 15 - Milestone 2
Aug 22 - Aug 26 - Final release for non-client libraries
Aug 29 - Sep 02 - Milestone 3 - Feature Freeze, Final release for client libraries
Sep 12 - Sep 16 - RC1 target week
Sep 26 - Sep 30 - Final RCs and intermediary releases
Oct 03 - Oct 07 - Zed release
