The changes to do:

•  Append the 'modules_rpm_excludes' dict in 'defaults/main.yml' with :
  '<new_release>: "{{ modules_rpm_excludes_common }}"'
  e.g: https://review.rdoproject.org/r/c/rdo-infra/ansible-role-weirdo-puppet-openstack/+/45298
•  Add the Ceph repo to be used in the new release (just create symbolic link to the right repo)
  e.g https://review.rdoproject.org/r/c/rdo-infra/ansible-role-weirdo-puppet-openstack/+/45300
