After moving documentation site www.rdoproject.org to github pages we have lost our rdo-release rpm redirections to CBS. This is breaking some CI jobs in RDO and other upstream stuff which relies in rdo-release rpm to configure RDO repos as devstack:

We have several aternatives to fix that:

1- Ask OSPO team to redirect rdoproject.org/repos to trunk.rdoproject.org/rdo-release and mantaining rdo-release rpms content in trunk-server-centos9.rdoproject.org as we did in the past in repos.fedorapeople.org

2- Ask OSPO team to redirect each rpm-release URL from rdoproject.org/repos/..../rdo-release.rpm to the CBS urls

3. Remove rdo-release totally and only use centos-release- rpms in cloudsig repos. The main problem with this is that it'd affect to other tools using rdo-release instead of centos-release-openstack-* in cloudsig, specially devstack.
