We need to push the images, created by the weirdo job running tcib, in a local registry.
The cifmw jobs will then pull those images when setting up the control plane and dataplane.

The local registry will be hosted in the weirdo job building the images with tcib.
This job is then be paused in order to the cifmw jobs be able to pull the images.
