Security packages maintainers have requested a new compnent assignements for their packages since Antelope:

• Barbican related packages should go to new component barbican
• Keystone related packages should go to new component keystone
• Security component should be empty
• Previous releases remain untouched

This review will require two new components integration CI pipelines (coordination with CI team)

Note that after merging the review we need to force rebuilds in all the modified/added components/versions to make sure they have the right content.
