Bobcat GA is close, libraries will be released soon and we need to get RDO ready for it.

Aug 21 - Aug 25 - Final release for non-client libraries
Aug 28 - Sep 01 - Milestone 3 - Feature Freeze, Final release for client libraries
Sep 11 - Sep 15 - RC1 target week
Sep 25 - Sep 29 - Final RCs and intermediary releases
Oct 02 - Oct 06 - Bobcat release
