Currently, this playbook [1] is containing lot of hard-coded release definitions.
I think we should handle the releases dynamically based on the rdoinfo data.

I did start the refactoring work in [2].
We need to add an option in rdopkg in order to get the releases "supported" on a specific COS version [3]
