Handle TripleO deprecation

We need to find out how to manage the tripleo deprecation in antelope. The main questions are:

• Which packages can be removed from RDO.
• Can we remove them from antelope trunk since the beginning
• Which component to move packages which are in tripleo component but which we will be keeping.
• How to do the change as clean as possible.
