The method hackAroundExtension() in io.quarkus.restclient.runtime.RestClientRecorder no longer works because org.jboss.resteasy.microprofile.client.RestClientExtension no longer has a manager field. In fact, RestClientExtension now gets the current bean manager as needed, so hackAroundExtension() shouldn't be needed any more.
