Maven repo delivers RHSSO 9.0.11.redhat-00002 bits while 9.0.11.redhat-00001 is the public one for RHSSO.

 https://maven.repository.redhat.com/ga/org/keycloak/keycloak-core/ contains 9.0.11.redhat-00001 bits
RHBQ maven repo contains 9.0.11.redhat-00002 bits.

We should not deliver bits which were not delivered by the RHSSO product team to the customers.

Marking this as Blocker for now. We need to understand the reasons why this happened and if there is something in PNC that needs adjustment.
