There is QUARKUS-553 RFE planned for 1.11, we did TD for it, issue blocking the RFE was fixed and is available in Quarkus 1.11.1.

So quarkus-oidc-client and quarkus-oidc-client-filter artifacts should be productized as part of RHBQ 1.11
