Camel Quarkus does not depend on bctls-jdk18on and we thus have no preference how you fix it.

Please note that there is a related upstream PR to start managing bcmail-jdk18on on which Camel Quarkus depends. https://github.com/quarkusio/quarkus/pull/49939
We need it only for our unsupported extensions, so from our perspective, for the product, bcmail-jdk18on could be managed at version 1.81.
