The Camel for Spring Boot discovered that the Jackson version 2.17.2 and Avro 1.12 are not compatible (issue https://issues.redhat.com/browse/CSB-5950)

The Camel Quarkus team is going to perform some bytecode manipulations in 3.15.1 to workaround it in the context of Camel Quarkus.

To fix it properly though, we should look into aligning to the versions of these libraries that are compatible in the next build.
