Major With 3.15, we deliver first CLI plugin. The CLI plugin discovery mechanism is backed by jbang.
I posit that the dev tooling should automatically determine that the platform currently in use is productized, and act upon that, allowing for discovery of productized artifacts in maven.repository.redhat.com/ga. Jbang by default doesn't look into MRRC, just central, leading to possible issues like QUARKUS-5215.
