Spring APIs upgrade to Spring Boot 3 has brought in significant changes, PR that integrated it https://github.com/quarkusio/quarkus/pull/40344 was marked as noteworthy. Changes includes introduction of new interfaces, refactoring of existing interfaces and change of behavior.

Changes need to be tested by Quarkus QE and documented by Quarkus Docs team.
