Add feature to update from community to product version via Quarkus CLI

      Currently if we try to update quarkus project with community quarkus to RHBQ, it fails. This should be supported.

      Currently the update fails on not changing BOM's groupId, so update command tries to update e.g.

      io.quarkus.platform:quarkus-bom:3.2.12.Final

      to 

      io.quarkus.platform:quarkus-bom:3.8.6.redhat-00003

      This was already reported in https://github.com/quarkusio/quarkus/issues/36777
