Current access log rotation capabilities include only the option to rotate the file daily with the `quarkus.http.access-log.rotate` option.
 
It is desired to implement the following advanced functionality (currently available for Quarkus logging) for access logs:
*max-file-size
*max-backup-index
*compressing the log when the suffix ends with .zip, or .gz
