This is related to https://issues.redhat.com/browse/SPMM-16583

The current idea is to modify our Jenkins job to start uploading RHBQ MRRC ZIPs to a provide repository (to be created) in https://quay.io/organization/rhbq-konflux to make them available to the Konflux pipelines uploading them to a staging Maven repository and eventually to MRRC.
