Hibernate Reactive quickstarts (1.7.3.Final tag) do not compile with RHBQ 1.7 bits.

The problem is on on quickstarts side when they are not following versions defined in BOM.

Workaround for end users is to apply fix from https://github.com/quarkusio/quarkus-quickstarts/pull/654 on top of 1.7.3.Final tag.

Hibernate Reactive is not supported on product side, thus making this just Major.

In our documentation we link to quickstarts, customers may this issue.
