Product code.quarkus shows two types of deprecation and it's confusing

This got mentioned during Quarkus Day in Brno and with 3.8 this popped up in QE team itself too.

An example can be SmallRye Metrics extension which is marked as deprecated in community, but when people look for it in rhbq code.quarkus they can get impression the artifact is deprecated on product side but still supported. Even though there is just community support starting with 3.8
