Together with PCKS12 used with Red Hat OpenJDK, customers are likely to use BouncyCastle FIPS providers in FIPS-enabled environment. We do not support BouncyCastle providers, but we should verify that Quarkus can be configured to use them. Currently we are experiencing https://github.com/bcgit/bc-java/issues/1285 and we (RHBQ QE) need to invest time into our test coverage to verify this configuration is possible.

This is next step after the FIPS support documented in QUARKUS-3225.
