I haven't been able to verify RHBQ MSSQL extensions in FIPS-enabled environment as current test QE test coverage is failing as default driver setup requires encrypted secured communication but uses PKCS11. This only requires a time investment to our QE test coverage and we hopefully will be able to verify it with next release, but support cannot be declared until we have proper test coverage run with OpenJDK 17 / 21 and we test JVM and native mode.

This is next step after the FIPS support documented in QUARKUS-3225.
