      Locally:

      3. depending on the target branch
        1. 3.2 git checkout feature/3-2-with-otel
        2. 3.8 git checkout feature/3.8
      4. run a test, for example mvn clean verify -pl testsuite -Dtest=StartStopTest#fullMicroProfileNative -Dstart-stop.iterations=25

      Examples:
      Application, which uses only resteasy-reactive: 66463 kB (were: 60000) in native mode, 214274 kB (were: 150000) in JVM mode
      Application, which uses all smallrye dependencies: 285051 kn (were: 220000) in JVM mode

      Result for CR2:
      Application, which uses only resteasy-reactive in JVM consumed 205156 kB
      Application, which uses all smallrye dependencies consumed 265630 kB in JVM mode

      This run used Red Hat JDK 21.0.3 for jvm mode
