Issue Overview: When navigating to code.quarkus.redhat.com and viewing an extension marked with "dev support" status (for example, the Quarkus JDBC Derby extension at code.quarkus.redhat.com/?e=jdbc-derby&extension-search=origin:platform%20quarkus-jdbc-derby), users are directed to a "more-info" link that points to https://access.redhat.com/support/offerings/production/soc/. However, this link does not provide information about dev-support.
Proposed Solution: To enhance user experience and provide relevant information, it is suggested to update the "more-info" to link to https://access.redhat.com/support/offerings/developer. Additionally, consider updating the Support Offerings for Cloud (SoC) page to include a link or reference to the Developer Support page, ensuring users have easy access to all relevant information.
Acceptance Criteria:
- The "more-info" link for extensions with "dev support" status on code.quarkus.redhat.com points directly to the Developer Support Offerings page.
- Review and ensure that the SoC page contains a reference or link to the Developer Support Offerings page, facilitating a comprehensive understanding of the support landscape for developers.
