The objective of this task is to integrate Vert.x 3.5 in Quarkus 3.7 / 3.8.

This includes:

• Vert.x mutiny bindings
• Reactive Messaging
• Stork
• Quarkus HTTP
• Quarkus

All the HTTP client code (including the reactive rest client) will need to be partially rewritten due to API changes.
