Regression in 2.13.9 when using domain socket in Vert.x

Marked as Critical because cescoffi@redhat.com mentioned that native transport is not supported. It's still a regression.

fyi: we deliver epoll jar - io.netty:netty-transport-native-epoll:4.1.100.Final-redhat-00001, but not the <classifier>linux-x86_64</classifier>.
