This is a follow-up to #32929 where the duration format was significantly expanded, but the documentation added there is rather bad and inconsistent (there are 2 places where this documentation exists, `Constants.DURATION_FORMAT_NOTE` and `duration-format-note.adoc`). This PR attempts to simplify the text while also being more precise. It also makes the duration format documentation consistent.
