We have a very basic draft that of the page that lists applications, but does require additional UI work:

1. Filtering / Searching component

• Search by name / label (see deployment / deployment config filtering) - P1
• Filter by status (see pods filtering) - P3?

2. Sortable columns (similar to deployments)

3. Actions drop down

4. Aggregate Graphs for Metrics (CPU, Memory)

For the metrics, we'll have to perform Queries to Prometheus via the API exposed by the console. Figuring out the exact calls that are needed are outside the scope of this issue and another one will be created and linked.
