Is Kepler something that we consider that is available to us?
I am mostly interesting in knowing if its something we can use for our short term commitments or there are reasons we should not.

Context: I talked with claprun on the options we have for obtaining information about power consumption (which is needed for measuring CO2 emissions). He mentioned https://github.com/sustainable-computing-io/kepler and that it's currently in dev preview.

So, is it's something we can use or there are reasons that we shouldn't?
