This Jira tracks the QE review of the 3.2 release notes by QE.

Most of the issues should have be caught in the following main release notes JIRAs, however we need to ensure that it all fits together and quality-checked as a unit before we publish. 

• QDOCS-315: New Features & Extensions (QE QUARKUS-3138)
• QDOCS-294: Breaking changes from 2.13 to 3.2 (QE QUARKUS-3359)
• QDOCS-490: CVEs, fixes, Known issues, and advisories (QE  QUARKUS-3440)

We conducted a final review on Oct. 3rd and made the following updates to the release:

• QDOCS-495 [Docs] Release notes for 3.2 - final walkthough review of all sections together
