com.github.java-json-tools:btf:jar:1.3.0.redhat-00002 

does not contain sources. We are using the version 3 of btf everywhere in dep tree, during the build but the old one without sources is getting downloaded during pnc build somehow. It comes from msg-simple, rebuild of that is also done, that is using the right version.

 
I noticed that in 2.13 as well [*https://download.eng.bos.redhat.com/rcm-guest/staging/quarkus/quarkus-2.13.5.CR1/extras/repository-artifact-list.txt*] we used both the versions of btf 2 and 3. We might need to do the same this time.
