com.aayushatharva.brotli4j:native-linux-aarch64 is not delivered in productized version.

The artifact should be productized as it is part of supported extension. As of 3.2.6.CR1, the artifact is unaligned from productization and the user applications will use upstream one.

The problem has two sides - the native artifact itself is not present, but this dependency is also build-time dependency. Applications with disabled brotli (it is disabled by default) do not require this for runtime - so technically speaking, Quarkus Java application built of x86_64 will deploy proper on aarch64 if brotli is not enabled, but the developer cannot build even applications with just basic endpoints on aarch64.
