On multiple places (eg. at https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_build_of_quarkus/rhbq-documentation-2-13/guide/aade4772-b875-485f-a3c9-bf595ff43fe3#proc_preparing-your-environment_quarkus-getting-started) is written

You have installed Apache Maven 3.8.6 or later

But according to this comment ("Maven 3.9.0 is not supported at the moment, for all versions of Quarkus.") it is not true.
