Narayana artifacts do not have "redhat" in GAV

Artifacts org.jboss.narayana.jta.narayana-jta-5.13.1.Final.jar and org.jboss.narayana.jts.narayana-jts-integration-5.13.1.Final.jar, contained in https://download.eng.bos.redhat.com/rcm-guest/staging/quarkus/quarkus-2.13.7.CR1/rh-quarkus-2.13.7.CR1-maven-repository.zip and mentioned in https://download.eng.bos.redhat.com/rcm-guest/staging/quarkus/quarkus-2.13.7.CR1/extras/quarkus-bom-deps-to-build.txt as "productised' doesn't contain "redhat" part in their GAV. This is a regression, if comparing with 2.13.5, there they had version "5.13.1.Alpha1-redhat-00001"/
