I am in the process of migrating a Quarkus community 2.13.5 project to Red Hat Quarkus 2.13.5.
From https://access.redhat.com/articles/6643671 I concluded that my Quarkus dependencies should now come from the Maven group ID com.redhat.quarkus.platform. However, I am missing the platform equivalents for quarkus-extension-maven-plugin/quarkus-extension-processor, they only seem to live in the io.quarkus space.
Here's what I found in the https://maven.repository.redhat.com/ga/ repo.
artifact | group ID com.redhat.quarkus.platform | group ID io.quarkus |
---|---|---|
BOM | quarkus-bom:2.13.5.Final-redhat-00002 | quarkus-bom:2.13.5.Final-redhat-00003 |
Maven plugin | quarkus-maven-plugin:2.13.5.Final-redhat-00002 | quarkus-maven-plugin:2.13.5.Final-redhat-00003 |
Platform properties | quarkus-bom-quarkus-platform-properties:2.13.5.Final-redhat-00002 | n/a |
Extension Maven plugin | n/a | quarkus-extension-maven-plugin:2.13.5.Final-redhat-00003 |
Extension processor | n/a | quarkus-extension-processor:2.13.5.Final-redhat-00003 |
I could take the extension plugin & processor from the io.quarkus space but this feels wrong; particularly so as the platform side uses the '-redhat-00002' suffix while the other side uses '-redhat-00003'.
Is this a bug or am I missing something?
