Wrong Directory Structure - Unzipping, Merging and Compressing

For  "Wrong directory structure in RHBQ 2.13.0.ER2 Maven repo zip"

This happened first time so far since I have been doing releases.

the cause seems to be the process of uncompressing individual core and platform zips, merging, and then zipping back!
since it involves too much manual process, it is caused while extracting and merging zips : (

we somehow should start thinking in the direction of automating the merging process for parent+platform releases.
