We are currently generating a Maven repo ZIP using the "universe" BOM. Which isn't right because our customers aren't using it, instead they would import either the quarkus-bom or the quarkus-bom plus one or more other member BOMs.

To make sure none of the dependencies are missed from those deployed to the MRRC, we need to be generating Maven repo ZIPs per member and, if necessary, merge them into a single Maven repo ZIP for the platform release.
