[Docs]: Document the change to Java 17 as default Java version for generated RHBQ projects in 276.SP1

      With the 2.7.6 SP1 release, the default Java version used by code.quarkus.redhat.com when generating RHBQ projects changes to Java 17. Users still have the option to manually select Java 11 as the target Java version when generating their projects with code.quarkus.redhat.com.
      In case the user does change the Java version in the code.quarkus.redhat.com UI manually, version 17 will be pre-selected and used of the generated project.

      This is s change form the RHBQ 2.7.5 release, where Java 11 was the default version.

      Add a note to the 2.7.6.SP1 release notes to notify customers of this change. This change only affects code.quarkus.redhat.com. it does not impact the supported Java versions in the rest of the RHBQ 2.7.6.SP1 release.
