Assess and perform the following:

• Version changes
• Doc attribute changes, BOMS, Plug-ins, commands etc
• Which sections / code snippets are no longer relevant in Fireball
• Which features are new for developing and compiling applications with Fireball that need to be added to this guide
• Is there any information that we can reuse and include from the Quarkus community upstream docs?
• Is there any information that we can reference and reliably link to from the Quarkus community upstream docs?
• What content in 2.7 and earlier versions were confusing or had gaps/bugs?
• Anything else to factor into the lift and shift work?
